What this app does with what you type

Effective 1 October 2026. This policy covers the RetryHub ChatGPT app (the MCP server) and the pages on this host: the home page, this policy, the terms, and the sample-card preview. It is published by RetryHub. Contact help@retryhub.com. The company site is https://retryhub.com/.

Categories of personal data

The tools are built to receive only what the answer needs:

Business niche or vertical
A monthly processing volume, in your own words
Country or entity location
The name of a current or previous processor, if you mention one
A short description of what happened, such as a shutdown, a limitation, a fund hold, or a new business
Whether checkout is still taking orders
A monthly transaction count, a monthly dispute count, or a short numeric summary of those figures

Please do not send your name, email address, phone number, street address, Social Security number, employer identification number, payment card number, bank account number, password, government ID image, or copies of statements. The server looks for common patterns of those items and, when it finds one, returns an error asking you to resend without it.

Purposes

The only purpose is to produce the fit hint, the shutdown checklist, or the dispute-ratio explanation in the ChatGPT response, including the result card. The sample preview on this site uses fixed examples. It does not read a chat.

Storage and retention

The application does not write tool inputs or outputs to a database, file, or application log. It does not create an account. Because nothing is stored, RetryHub cannot retrieve or delete a specific tool call. You can delete the chat in ChatGPT.

The host that serves HTTPS may process connection metadata, such as IP address and the time of a request, in order to deliver the site. This application does not use that metadata for analytics, advertising, or profiling. Vercel describes its own handling at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Recipients

The tool result is returned to the ChatGPT session that requested it. OpenAI processes that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. RetryHub does not receive a copy of the chat beyond the tool arguments the model chooses to send, and those arguments are not saved by this server.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send tool arguments to the RetryHub application form. If you click an application or Telegram link, your browser requests that site under its own policy. The link can include utm_source=chatgpt_app, utm_medium set to the tool name, and utm_campaign=merchant_help. Those parameters do not include your answers.

Cookies and tracking

These pages do not set tracking cookies and do not load third-party analytics. The result cards do not call an external API.

Children

This app is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 13, and it is not meant for minors.

Your choices

Leave personal data out of the tool inputs.
Delete the ChatGPT conversation if you do not want it kept there.
Email help@retryhub.com with a question about this policy. We cannot look up a past tool call, because we do not have it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
