How to use the RetryHub ChatGPT app
Effective 1 October 2026. These terms cover the RetryHub tools inside ChatGPT and the pages on this host. Questions: help@retryhub.com.
What the app is
The app gives general preparation for a merchant-account conversation: a qualitative fit hint, a checklist after a processor shutdown or fund hold, and a simple dispute ratio with public card-network descriptions. It is not legal advice, financial advice, underwriting, or a card-network determination.
It does not approve a merchant account, quote a price or a fee, or promise a timeline. A sentence quoted from retryhub.com is labeled with that page. It is not a promise from this app.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you tell a processor or put on an application. Do not use the app to plan fraud, hide a shutdown, process on someone else's account, or submit false information. If you include card numbers or government IDs, the tool is supposed to stop and ask you to remove them.
Some categories are outside what this ChatGPT app will assess. A refusal here is a limit of the app. It is not a statement about what a human team may discuss on retryhub.com.
Sources can go stale
Visa and Mastercard change program rules. The ratio tool cites the public pages it used. Those citations are descriptions of the documents, not a ruling on your account. Confirm anything that matters with your acquirer and with the notice you received.
Links
Application links go to https://retryhub.com/apply. Telegram links go to https://t.me/RetryHubBot. Those destinations have their own terms. A source parameter on the link is there so RetryHub can count visits from this app. It does not carry your answers.
No warranty
The app and these pages are provided as general information. To the extent the law allows, RetryHub is not liable for decisions you make from a tool result, a checklist, or a ratio. The RetryHub application you open from a link is a separate page, and whatever that page presents governs that application.
